I would suggest you take an extra bone and collar. The beach is fun to run on and contains lots of interesting bones.Also the beach is near water. It is saltier than ponds, but I think you will find it a thrill to jump in. Be careful of fleas, the beach contains "sand fleas". These are much worse than other fleas...
It sounds like you had a great time. Thanks for the tips on the hotels and restaurants. ONe never knows where dogs are welcomed.
